- Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment verification. Orders placed after working hours, on weekends, or public holidays are processed the following business day.
- Quality Check: Before dispatch, each product undergoes a strict quality control process to ensure it meets our standards.
- Delays: Unforeseen circumstances (such as high order volumes, stock unavailability, or courier delays) may slightly extend processing times. In such cases, we will notify you promptly.
Delivery Coverage
- We currently provide nationwide delivery across Pakistan, covering all major cities and towns.
- Remote Area Deliveries: Some remote locations may require additional time or incur higher shipping charges due to courier service limitations.
Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:
- Karachi: 2–3 business days.
- Other Major Cities: 3–5 business days.
- Remote or Rural Areas: 5–7 business days.
Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, public holidays, strikes, or courier delays.
Shipping Charges
- Shipping fees are calculated based on the delivery address, package weight, and order size.
- Applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.
- Free shipping promotions may be offered from time to time on orders above a certain amount.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
- We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan for your convenience.
- Please keep the exact amount ready, as delivery personnel may not always carry change.
Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number via SMS or email.
- Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to reflect in the courier’s system.
- You can use the tracking ID to monitor your order status on the courier’s website or by contacting our support team.
Address Accuracy
- Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate and complete to avoid delays or failed deliveries.
- Tatheerz Clothing is not responsible for delivery issues arising from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
Failed Deliveries and Re-Shipments
- If the courier is unable to deliver your order after multiple attempts, it may be returned to us.
- Re-shipping charges may apply for orders that are returned due to incorrect address details or failure to collect.
Damaged, Lost, or Missing Parcels
- We take every precaution to ensure your order reaches you safely. In rare cases of damage, loss, or missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide clear photos of the damaged package and product to help us resolve the issue quickly. We will coordinate with the courier for replacements or refunds where applicable.
Delivery During Sales or High Demand
During peak seasons, sale events, or nationwide holidays, processing and delivery times may be longer than usual due to increased demand and courier workloads.
International Shipping
Tatheerz Clothing does not offer international shipping at this time. Our delivery services are limited to Pakistan only.
