Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • The item you received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item has all original packaging, tags, and labels intact.

Please note:

  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Certain items, such as customized products, clearance items, undergarments, or accessories, may not be eligible for return due to hygiene and customization reasons.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products purchased under clearance, sale, or promotional offers.
  • Customized or personalized orders.
  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration by the customer.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  1. We will notify you of the status of your refund or exchange.
  2. If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.
  3. Refunds are issued via the original payment method or as store credit, as per your preference.
  4. Shipping charges are generally non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for:

  • Wrong size or color delivered.
  • Faulty or damaged products.
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested item is out of stock, we will issue a refund or store credit.

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to a mistake on our part (wrong or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • If the return is due to personal preference (e.g., change of mind, wrong size ordered), the customer may bear the return shipping costs.
